How can I watch the live performances?
You will be able to watch the live streams on this website. Once you've purchased your ticket, ensure you're logged in and navigate to the concert page before the start time to watch.
Will I need to install any software to watch the concert?
No, provided you're on a recent version of Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge, you will be able to watch the concert directly through your browser.
Will I be able to watch the concert afterwards?
You will be able to re-watch the concert for 48hrs from the beginning of the live performance.
What is your refund policy?
You can request a refund by sending an email to our support team at aam-support@4forty.io at least 48hrs before the concert starts.
What will you do with my email address?
We require your email address and password to log you into AAM Live. We will send you transactional emails about your purchases, as well as instructions of how to watch live performances nearer the time. Your email is securely stored on our system will never be sold or rented to any other organisation. Read our privacy policy here. If you checked the marketing consent box on registration, your email will also be stored in our marketing system so we can get in touch about other events, streams and news from the Academy of Ancient Music.
Can I watch these streams on an iPad or mobile phone?
Yes! As long as you have a device with a modern browser, you should be able to watch the live-stream on any device.
What's the best audio experience?
Whilst any device speaker will work fine, by far the best experience will be achieved using a pair of good quality headphones.
